palm zire 71 locked in set up scree

after a hard reset the set up screen shows asking that I remove the stylus and touch anywhere but nothing happens. I have tried hard and soft resets but screen must need digitized??? Suggestions please

May be, there is a problem with the touch panel, i guess you should replace a piece of touch panel.

supply kinds of pda accessories, such as lcdscreen, touch panel, housing, etc.
