I have a Palm Vx running OS 3.3. Does anyone have upgrade software to OS 3.5 or 4.0? It's no longer available from palm.com

That is not good, I looked but all I can think of is for you to go to their support forum and ask on there about the OS upgrades for your device or if they can be obtained else where..

I actually just found it downloaded it years ago, before they got rid of it.. http://j6n6qq.bay.livefilestore.com...

There it is the 3.3 to 3.5 upgrade I have some the other Palm OS Upgrades but I can't upload them right now my brother would get mad at me for using up all of our bandwith..
