The stylus on my Palm Vx somehow became so mis-calibrated that I can't get to the upper right hand corner and get to the menu option to re-calibrate it. I have tried a hard reset and that works, but the very next time I hotsync, the problem comes right back. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks for the help.

I experience the same problem. Palm Vx with OS 4.1 and the problem starts after 1. sync with Outlook. Did you find the problem? More people are experiencing this problem and none have found the solution so far.

Thanks for any clues whatsoever.

Regards,

Donald

I have the same problem. After one sync. I am told to reset by pressing that reset button. It starts again and I am stuck. The only way out is a hard reset which loses all data and back to where I started.
I have a Vx, I have tried Desktop 4.1 and 3.xx. I am using Palm OS 3.3 and I only sync. with IR.
Please help, I put this away several months ago...took it out yesterday and I remember why I put it away.

Have any of you tried to install redigi? Worked for me on a Palm V which had the same problem. You can get it for free on Palm site.

1. Add w/Install tool
2. HotSynch
3. Soft reset
4. Digitizer will be first thing you see.

Hope it helps
