Ok, here is my problem.
I sent my laptop out for repairs. It came back all good or so i thought. I just purchased a Palm Treo 650 and i want to synch my calendar and contacts. Well i goto install the new software with the Palm conduit and i get an error message saying that i must uninstall the older version of the PALM desktop. The techs did not uninstall the software correctly, the files are not there, but windows still has a log of it in "Add remove programs"

The error message is asking for the orignial location of installation, and it is looking for a MSI package. I can't find my disk of the old palm software...so i'm out of options.

Oh, yes by the way. I played around with the registry a little with no success.

CAn anyone offer any help....???
