Every morning, from home, I connect to my network at work over a cable modem thru a VPN and sync my Kyocera Smartphone with my Outlook at work.

I'm able to connect thru the VPN successfully. When I open Outlook, I'm prompted for a username/password/domain, so I enter them and Outlook opens successfully. I hit the Hotsync button, and eveything goes great. All of my data syncs perfectly, no problem.

SO whats my problem?

When I actually come into work, my NT account has been locked out. Something in the HotSync process is locking me out of my NT account after syncing.

We used to only be locked out for 30 mins, so by the time I got into work, it was unlocked and I could log in no problem. We've recently changed policy and its no longer automatically unlocking.. I need someone to unlock it for me. Obviously, this is a problem.

I talked to our Systems Admin types, and I'm being told that something in the sync must be providing bad credentials when connecting with an NT server. I have NO idea how to pursue this. Suggestions??

Thanks in advance!
