I have a Thinkpad T20 and a Palm M500. I was synching fine until I upgraded to XP. Now, Local USB is not even an option for the hot synch manager settings. All I have is Local Serial, Modem, Network & Infrared I have tried removing the device as well as some attempt at removing items from the registry and still can't get it to work. It's clearly a problem with the software not recognizing Local USB as an option. Anybody have any ideas? Could it be an XP security setting? From my research, it seems that this has been a known problem for a couple of years and Palm support is useless regarding this issue.
