I have a Palm M500 that has been off for over a year because the power button locked up. I finally got around to getting a new battery and freeing the button but now I am given a new set of issues. 1) the usb doesn't work 2) the pilot refuses to turn on on battery alone. 3) on battery alone is usually do not show power on the green power light. 4) when connected to usb it can turn on but freezes up on the Palmpowered screen 85% of the time 5) when it does boot up it will run for a few seconds/minutes then freeze up after calibration or looking at an OS application 6) it prefers to run if i remove it from the hard case with just the screen and mother board out. any help would be rather nice, or else i'm throwing it in the trash.
