My palm m500 has been reacting erratically to stylus taps. In note pad, when I press down to make a dot, the pointer on the screen moves up and down. When I try to draw a horizontal line, the line becomes jagged and the pointer moves up and down randomly. I have performed a hard reset, and immediately after the reset, without syncing, the problem is still there. What can I do?
