Palm IIIc Hot sync error

I have a Palm IIIC and use Netscape for my isp. For the last 4 months I have been able to sync my e mail no problem. 2 Weeks ago I could not longer sync the e mail and get an error message relating to Kernel 32.dll. I have un installed and re installed the Palm software per Palm tech support and this does not solve the problem. I can send emails from my Palm but cannot sync incoming e mails. Any suggestions?
