Hi. Can anyone help me? I used a Palm 5 for two years and it worked flawlessly it was everything I wanted in a linked database Hotsync’s were a breeze. Last month I saw the palm3c and wanted the colour set up as it was so easy to read. I bought one. I installed the up to date software, put the palm in the cradle and pushed the button-nothing! I went onto the screen and tried to sync from there, well it appeared to work but then seemed to ‘freeze’ up part way through, I left it on for 7 hours the 1st time and it still showed it was syncing the addresses! After playing with the port configurations I assumed it was the cradle, bought another, exactly the same, obviously not the problem. Downloaded new software and reinstalled still nothing! Borrowed an old Palm x and tried to Hotsync with this one still nada! So I have replaced cradle Software Palm And it still ain’t working! Any ideas???
