Comment:

I have installed USB drivers from http://www.ionetworks.com/support/epdrivers.html and in the info screen I see that the Tungsten T is seen on the USB port. So far so good. Installing Desktop 4.1 on NT4 crashes during install, but I have implemented Hotsync 4 from another installation. I have included the 2 USB dll's and have edited the registry for the transport 'USB'. Hostsync does not show USB as an option to sync and pressing the hotsync button will not install usb support. Does anybody have an idea how to proceed ?

You've probably already done this, but try making sure you have a complete installation of Service Pack 6a installed on your NT4 Workstation.
