I am having chronic problems getting my Palm M105 to sync with Outlook. It would sync with Docs to Go and AvantGo, but whip through the Outlook categories with nothing synchronized.

Now it won't sync at all, and I get the error message that says: "The HotSnyc operation was interrupted. Some of your data was NOT backed up. For details, click 'View Log' below." When I look at the log, all it says is: "HotSync Error: An application failed to respond to a HotSync notification. Please check the Palm Desktop for details. (8009)" As you can see, the messages send you into an endless "do loop" with no answers.

I have spent time in the Palm knowledge base, reinstalled MS Office and Outlook, the Palm Desktop, and the latest Chapura PocketMirror software, but all to no avail.

I have gotten no response from Palm. Please help.

Thanks,
Mark

Solved my problem. Reinstalled all updates to Palm Desktop and HotSync software and all is well. Not sure why, but it works perfectly.
