How do I obtain Outlook Express 5.5 (version 5.50.4133.2400)? I'm told that this should solve my problem of not being able to upload mail to my Palm IIIxe from Outlook Express.

The only way to obtain the version of Outlook Express that you want is to download the latest version of Internet Explorer as a whole.

also, if it's still not working, you should download the mail conduit update from
www.palm.com/support/downloads/

Thanks for the advice. But I deleted both Internet Explorer and Outlook Express from my PC and acquired the latest version of Internet Explorer. After I installed it I still only have version 5.50.4522.1200, which apparently has a bug with regards to downloading email to the Palm. Any other ideas?
