I am new to PDA's. I have been trying to get this zaurus-5500 PDA to synch with either qtopia or intellisync on XP Pro. I have followed the instructions and installed the program then the drivers. I am trying to connect via usb cradle. Every time I try to synch the contacts from the program to the pda it just sits there and does nothing. In qtopia the status icon is red and has never turned green. My system recognized the PDA when I plugged it in to the USB port. Can anyone assist me?
