Need TrueSync help...

I just installed a 9 pin serial port card to accomidate a Franklin REX docking station. I left the jumpers on the card at default ( COM2 - IRQ 3). I am using TrueSync software to synchronize data from the pc to the REX. However, in TrueSync, it recognizes the dockingstation on COM2 in properties, but when I try to synchronize the two it tells to connect the docking station and retry. I am new using TrueSync software. Any suggestions?
