Why haven't you tried the manufacturer - www.sony.com...??? I just downloaded Palm Desktop for an SJ20 a week ago from there.

Hi,
I've tried contacting the people over at SonyClie.org to get a copy of the SJ20 Software.
Apparently you need a special login to their FTP Site.
Does anyone have this login and would either be willing to get me a copy of the SJ20 software from their FTP, or provide me with the FTP address and login.
