My Palm m505 crashes

My handheld crashes. Three times this year. It does it without warning and no touching. On/off button lights green, no buttons works. Nothing else to do but press reset at the back. The handheld then start from scratch! All data lost! Anyone know what to do?

I have had a palm for 4 years now and everytime it crashed it was becaused of some program that I hotsynced to it and the os didn't like it at all. If it has done it several times in the past year then you need to uninstall the program that is causing the problem.
