I need help. Whenever I want to HotSync i have a message that says "The connection between your handheld and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again." Do I use Direct Serial or USB to PC or install the drivers? My PC doesn't detect my palm when I plug the USB at the back of the pc. I use the cradle. I updated Palm desktop and usb switcher in custom. Please help needed! E-mail me or post here please! Thanks in advance!
