MSMoney 2004 Sync Problem

Hi, I have a problem sync MS Money 2004 with my Pocket PC. While the Pocket PC is connected, the checkbox (in the option menu) next to MS Money is missing. When I disconnect the Pocket PC, the checkbox will appear. If I check the checkbox and connect the Pocket PC, the checkbox will go missing again. In another word, MS Money is not sync.
I'll be greatly appreciated, if anyone of you can help me. Thanks in advance.
