Hello all, Here is a strange one, that I can only find matched on French websites in Google... aaargh! Customer of mine has Palm m515 with Palm Desktop 4.01 on a Windows XP Pro machine. Today he tries to open his desktop program and gets 3 error boxes one after another when he clicks OK. I'm not sure which pops up first, but these are the files: memo20.dll todo20.dll addr20.dll error message: module failed to load. I tried to reinstall the Palm Desktop software and get a "Catastrophic Failure" dialog box. OUCH! OK, so I moved the Palm5 folder to another drive. I tried to reinstall the software, same thing. BUT, what is strange is if I try to open the Palm.exe file on the other drive, it asks for a user, but the menu is blank. All the files it is looking for above are present and in the proper folder. I respectly ask for you help, at this time the customer has me so stressed about this problem I'm lost. Thanks in advance for your time & help... Loral R. Johnson
