CPU/Ram: Jornada 540

Hi, I am trying to use my Jornada 540 to hook up to the secure wireless network that my university provides. I have purchased a Netgear networking card.....but I have been told I need to find drivers for Microsoft VPN and can't find any! Can anyone help?
