Everytime I connect my ipaq H4350 to Activesync I get a popup that says that my profile has not been setup. I have to create a profile in control panel "mail" setup. then I get another popup that says Personal information Manager program is not running. Please ensure that PIM is running. I have gone into my mail setting and all seems fine. I have tried everything, but keep getting this message. My Activesync connects ok with Avantgo and files but not with Microsoft Outlook 2002. Please help me! The question is how do I get PIM program to run?
