i have the visor deluxe and everything worked fine , till i tried to hot sync then got the error:failed to open date book database,,, then you click ok then the error for mfc42.dll comes up , will not let you access anything in the visor desktop softwhare, please help

As a general workout, what you can try is to visit Microsoft´s Knowledge Base webpage, which is http://support.microsoft.com and select your operative system (Win95/98/etc.) and type in the error message you get or just "mfc42" to find out if any of the resulting articles can help you work around this problem, which seems it can be easily corrected by downloading a new version of the file you mentioned. Since I have loaded my new printer's (Lexmart Z82) software, I am having problems with the printer printing my jewel case document in my easy cd creator program. Now I am getting a MFC dll error which tells me to restart my computer if I stll experience problems. I have done this and even reinstall my easy cd software and I still can't get to my jewell case screen. I need help.

I had experienced the same problem when I installed the MS Access SnapShot Viewer. I sloved the ploblem by unloading all startup program before re-installation and restart them afterward. I done it like this: 1) run msconfig 2) dis-select all boxes in startup 3) restart PC 4) install the program 5) restart PC if needed 6) run msconfig again 7) select all suitable boxes and restart

looking for the software for my printer i have a deskjet610 my CD is not compatible with my windows XP where can i find it to download thanks andy
