MDA Pro and Activesync 4.1

Hi all I really hope someone can help me out here even though this section is not as crowded as the other ones :)
I have a MDA Pro that won't sync with Activesync 4.1 The program installs fine, the pc does recognize the device but it just hangs on "Looking for changes" It doesn't give me any error's whatsoever.
Or, if someone can give me the name of an Alternative Activesync program which I can buy. But it needs to have the same sync options as Activesync.
Any thoughts are welcome!
