I have a few questions about the Palm m505. I currently own a Sony Clie PEG-S300, and am thinking about going to a Palm m505. Now, here are my questions, and I hope somebody owning a m505 can answer them: Can I run programs directly off a mem card (unlike the Clie where you have to move the programs to the Clie, then run them)? Now, I liked my Clie, except that it had no accesories, that is partially why I am considering the m505. Ok, next. The Clie has a "USB switcher" running in the taskbar, does the m505 have that, or just the Hotsync icon? With my IIIc, I couldn't find a way to upload pictures with AlbumToGo, so I am asking for someone to confirm with me that you can upload images and view them on the m505. So, I think that is it, and thanks for all replys!

I own the M505 and like it a lot. I can answer the question about images. I have installed Fire Viewer, and Album To Go and each of them works just fine to pic's.

I am not sure what a USB Switcher is. The M505 comes with a USB Cradle.

There are accesories for the M505 but I have not used any of them yet.

Hope this helps a little.

I own the Palm M505 and yes you can run the applications directly off the memory card and the Palm M505 comes with a picture viewer that has a loader to hotsync them to the palm. Hope this helps
