iPAQ wont infared print to Sipix

We got a Sipix A6 pocket printer to use with a iPaq running win CE (via infared beam). We downloaded the printer driver for win CE.
It will print screen captures but it will not print regularly. When we press print for the file it states "Unable to call printer driver Error #: 120
When we try to beam the file to be printed it states "InitIrSock: connecting to IR port failed Error #: 10061
I don't really know what to try next, I have looked and reloaded the driver for Win CE and have no idea what to do next.
