Do you have the proper POP3 settings set up in your iPaq? Otehrwise, you'll get your contacts and your calendar, but not your messages, iirc.

Even then, which iPaq is it? If it's the one that just came out in 2006, I highly doubt it will support Windows 2000 as it's support ended...July 2006, iirc, and thus after that date does not have to be compatible with that OS.

Even then, it's Microsoft, they will want it compatible with XP and only XP (although now they will be pushig for Vista more than anything else); however, if it says that it is compatible with that specific e-mail client, then that's a different story.

If the manual says it is, I would call HP tech support. If it doesn't, I'd get right out there and update Outlook if this is very important to you - if it's possible.

Are you using Windows 2000 as well, ME, or 98? Or do you have XP installed?

One thing I've learned with smartphones is that you really have to read the manual. I upgraded from '98 to 2k because I couldn't use my onnection kit without it; a lesson in time and money I'd rather not repeat again.
This computer is f---ed...
