IPAQ sync w/W2k problem

I have two users who had IPaq's running fine on '98. When we switched them from '98 to 2000 (clean install - not upgrades), their IPaq's won't sync. They're both giving unresolved items messages. All other users who have gone from W2K pcs to W2K pcs have had no problems.
