I am using ActiveSync 3.1 to synch (serial com1) iPAQ 3660 on a NT4SP5 workstation to a MS Exchange 5.5 Server. The workstation uses the exchange client software and schedule+ 7.5. Everything is synchronized ok, except the contacts. The scheduler 7.5+ data is kept on the server and not in a scd file. Options for contact-synchronisation in Activesync 3.1 let me choose to either use the server of use a local scd file. As I said we use the server. Conclusion : I can not synchronize the contacts that way with ActiveSync 3.1. I cannot upgrade to Activesync 3.5 since this is not compatible with Schedule+. If I use Puma Intellisync I can synchronize contacts successfully. So, what is the problem that I can't use ActiveSync 3.1 build 9587 to sync ? I'd prefer not to introduce dozens of licences for Puma Intellisync in my company. Reply here or by email, but remove spamblock from reply address.
