I have a new Conpaq PCMCIA expansion pack on my Ipaq 3660. If I insert my new Linksys WPC11 WiFi card nothing happens - no lights on wifi card, nothing. Linksys config utility installed on Ipaq says 'card is not inserted - please insert it' . Expansion pack icon in Settings/System recognises Expansion pack but strangely Settings/System/About says Expansion Slot is 'not in use'. Has anyone any ideas ? - it has all hallmarks of a BIOS problem. I have a copy of Pocket PC 2002 which I could install if anyone thinks it may help. Expansion pack has been sat in my drawer for a long time but is brand new out of the packaging.

I have the same problem with Pocket PC 2003 and the aforementioned Linksys card. I have yet to find a driver out there for the WPC11 and Pocket PC 2003. Linksys provided a driver for Pocket PC 2002 and prior, but email to their tech support indicated that there were no drivers available for PPC 2003 and they didn't imply when one would become available.
I continue to look for someone to modify or write one for PPC 2003 but I don't hold out much hope since not much has happened in this area since I got my Ipaq 6 or 7 months ago.

I have the same problem with my iPAQ 3650 and the PCMCIA expansion pack. I've upgraded it to PPC2002. I was unable to use my wireless card (no lights light up on card) or my wired PCMCIA Lan card (this one is wired) also no lights.
I was however able to use my PCMCIA Compact Flash adaptor. This card has no lights on it but it came up as extra memory.
It looks like it's not a OS issue since we have all the OS's. I sure hope someone figures this stuff out soon.
