Comment:
I'm developing an application for the Ipaq on Win2K. I need an Ipaq emulator for it. Does anyone know where I can find one so that I can test my application?

Microsoft provides a development kit with their WinCE Embedded Visual Tools 3.0. It comes with an emulator that you can use to test your app. I got it for free from Microsoft's website. It is about a 300MB download, if I remember correctly.
I hope that helps.

the emulator won't work without the SDK I'm afraid It's a microsoft console snap-in. Anyway, just to let you know that it is a generic PocketPc it emulates, you would need to tweak it to recreate the ipaq. Hope this helps

that's not an emulator (hive.speedhost.com/ce).. it just capture screens from a real pocketpc and you can use it to control the real pocketpc.

I needed an emulator as well. So I set up a wireless network and added a wireless card to my IPAQ. Then I pulled pages from my servers local IP. A little pricey, but the best you can get.
