iPAQ 3850 - is it worth upgrading?

I have an iPAQ 3850. But, it does not have Bluetooth and Fi-Wi. Besides, I read somewhere that WM 2003 works 3-4 times faster than Pocket PC 2002. If that's the case, I think there is a reason to buy the update (which costs 57 Euro on HP's website). Otherwise, I'd rather think that it is worth just getting rid of the old unit and buying a new one, which all aforementioned features preinstalled.

Hi - we develop software for the Pocket PC
Pocket PC 2002 is completely different to Pocket PC 2003 - It is like the difference between Win 98 and Win XP - there is a different file system. Without getting technical the OS deals with files in a different way. Increase in speed ? If there is it is not 3 times.
Many Programs that run on Pocket PC 2002 (win CE 3) don't run on Pocket PC 2003 (win ce 4).
My view - save your money towards a new PDA don't change the OS - The old addage applies - if it ain't broke - don't fix it.

Thanx,
I think I'll buy a new one. Actually, the feature I would like to see on my PDA is bluetooth. Since 3850 doesn't have it, there is not point paying $70 for the otherwise useless upgrade.
