ipaq 3630 wont turn on

I just bought a used 3630. played with it a little. Plugged the USB into my PC and got distracted, now the 3630 wont turn on. the orange light is blinking when it is on the cradle. I am running vista and I have now heard there are compatability issues. There was no sign on my PC that the two had tried to sync or anything. What next?

There's usually a small reset button on the back of the device. It may be in the battery compartment. Use a straight pin or paper clip to push it. The device should power up and load its operating system.
