Does anybody know how i can save a program permanently to the main meory on teh system. I am loading Tom Tom software which i use every few weeks (this is all i use the device for now) and each time the battery runs flat i have to re-load the software and maps - any help anyone

your request isnt possible.u should really run the battery flat on PDA`s as it significantly reduces the lifetime of the battery.your best option is to save and install the tom tom software to an SD or CF card and then back that upto your PC just incase u lost the data.i have tom tom 3 on my IPAQ but its installed to my SD card rather than to the IPAQ itself.how much memory do you have on this PDA? im assuming its quite a bit as the all the maps for tom tom 3 are around 100MB!

anyone got any work!!? i need a JOB!!
