Ipaq 3630 ROM upgrade problem

I recently tried to upgrade my Pocket PC from version 2.14 to 2.20, but when the upgrade utility started to upgrade the ROM, the screensaver on PC went on and the Ipaq disconnected.
Now I have the "updateing your ROM image" screen on my Ipaq all the time. It won't turn itself off, when i reset i have the same result,... nothing works.
Can somebody help me out or does somebody has any ideas?
