I have some problems to connect my ipaq2210 to my pc also i use the orginal usb desktop cradle from Hp . Some times before i have no problems to do this. i think that i lost my setting on my PDA to get connect with those pc. Is there someone they can help me to get the good settings back, or where can i find it.
Also my computer see the PDA in My Devices but i'cant open it. Active sync on my pc don't dedect the PDA, and the PDA don't detect the pc. On a other PC i have the same problems.

your best option is to contact HP.firstly before you do that soft set the PDA and return it to its original manufacured settings and then run the active sync and see if it will pair.
