IPAQ 210 Calendar

If I acknowledge a calendar appointment on my IPAQ, then connect it with the PC, it should automatically acknowledge it on the PC, or reverse that and it should also acknowledge it, but it does not. I was told by HP that this feature was removed by HP - do not know why they would do this - does anyone know of a alternative way to do this?
