Are you using a USB adapter? I'm pretty sure that VXD (virtual device driver) refers to a USB issue. If it's the Palm Connect USB kit, put the CD in and go to Run and run the command x:remove.exe, where x is your CD ROM drive letter.
Then simply restart and Windows will recognize the USB again and will re-install the correct drivers.

I have this EXACT same problem using PsiWin 2.3 to Sync with my Psion Revo. It's using a serial port COM2, and for some reason the connection fails, and when I do various things like Disconnect/Connect, and try and get properties of the Revo, the EXACT same blue screen at THE SAME ADDRESS appears. As we are using two different devices and obviously two different Sync programs (PsiWin for Revo, and I don't know what for Palm), then WINDOWS HAS A BUG! in VWIN32 - don't ask MS they'll just tell you it's your memory or something stupid at fault rather than admit they didn't program the VxD properly!!!!!!!!!

I expereince this problem and got the same message when I play "Disney's Adventure in Typing" while my Norton system work (cleansweep/smartswep) is running. When my Norton is off, I will have no such problems. Also, there will be no such problem when I set my monitor to 600X480 at 256 colours. The problem will repeat itself at other setting s.

Substantially after the fact here... but... Microsoft says that the error "0002" refers to
# 0002 DEBUG WDEB386 Kernel DebuggerThey also say that typically this kind of thing requires the uninstalling of said driver and reinstalling... or of whichever recently installed software that might have hosed up said driver.
