Comment: I am thinking of buying an HP IPAQ 6915. However before doing so I was wanting to know what PDAs are like for the browsing the internet on. Do most web pages display ok on PDAs? If I buy a PDA I would like to be able to use it for internet shopping for example.

Reply: (edit)Terrible. Poor, slow. Only a few web sites offer a mobile page. There may be some that because of mobile phones offer a better choice now but I think you will not find it usefull. I would suggest against such a choice. No way to secure it in my opinion. Not sure anything else is better but you at least have choices on a desktop or tablet that might help secure your data. I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.

Reply: (edit)its more of a software issue really. The built in Windows Explorer for Pocket PC windows mobile is not that great. The best browser available i know is Opera for Pocket PC.

Reply: (edit)I quite agree with zoddy. Opera is a great browser for ppc. I'm surfing internet by my ppc only when it is necessary. Many sites have no simplified versions so there is much trouble to find something with your device.
