Impossible to install any maps

Hello everynone! Having the PDA with GPS of NAVIA I faced the following problem : I cannot install any maps nor any software because always the installer says that there is no free space on SD card (8GB!) nor in internal Flash Memory of 500 MB. I have already tried to change the memory allocation but still the device seems to be blocked somehow. Does anbody know the solution of this problem? Thank you in advance for any help! Zennon
