Hi,

I have an Imate jam running windows mobile 2003.

My server at home (Runing server 2003) currently has a bluetooth card in it, i have active sync installed on the server, so thati can connect, and use the internet anywhere in the house, i have it in the server, adn not my laptop because the server is on all the time, whereas my laptop isnt.

There are 2 questions i would liek to know answers to if anyne knows.

Firstly, is there a way i can connect to other computers on my LAN thro file explorer, becasue if i try \\COMPUTER NAME it dosnt work, it dosnt even work for the server, although i cant remote desktop no problem. I think its an ip address related problem becase i use a 173.15.23.xx range on the LAN whereas my phone dosnt i dont think, how can i change this? Or what can i do to get it working?

Also, i use my laptop with outlook 2003, i currently have to plug my jam into the laptop via USB to sync, does anyone know a way of doing it from the laptop, thro the server, thro bluetooth to my jam, anyway at all?

Finally another annoying issue, is so that i can cheack my email away from home, i have a POP3 accoutn on my jam setup, which works fine, but i still have Outlook email, its a bit anoying have 2 of the same thing, is there anyway to cheack the outlook mail? without cheking on the laptop and syncing?

Thanks in advance, anyhelp for any problems would be greatly appreciated.

Darren

Thanks,
