Hi,

I have only ever used a Psion 5 before and was wondering which would be better for my use. I would use the PDA for holding a database, doing e-mail and the occasional letter etc.

Which would be better a Jordana 525 or a Palm 500/505?

Thanks

Jason

I would have to say Jornada 525. I use it and its a LOT cheaper than the m505. The m505 is probably better for business etc. I use the 525 more for games but it does include word and excel.

Definitely the Jornada 525, its $100 less, $199 at Best Buy. I've used it for years. I use HPC notes for my databases, there may be better out there but i've been more than happy with it. I also browse the web, email with no problems at all, memory expansion is inexpensive. The only downside of the 525 is the serial synch. It is noticably slower than the 545/548's usb synch. The palm m505 has usb but only 8 mgs of memory and doesn't usually come with the msoffice software unless they're running a special.
