I currently have an iPAQ 3115r. It became necessary to remove the software from my pc and do a "Hard Reset" on the iPAQ. Now when I reinstall the software, my PC tells me that the Active Sync is installed correctly and that I have a connection to the iPAQ. But when I click on the icon in the tray it fails to open the Active Sync window, when I right click the icon I can open the connections window, but when I click on the explore I get the following"Microsoft Active Sync Critical Communication Have failed to start, try resetting the mobil device and reconnect and try" I have tried with no sucess. I have removed the software so mant times there should be a zipper installed. I used the Search on the PC to make sure the program is out of the PC before I reload. This iPAQ has beeninstalled on my PC for months and has functioned normaly, except for now. Any ideas?
