How to HotSync Clie' and Palm Zire

I just bought a used Sony Clie' Peg TG50, and my wife has a Palm Zire 31. I can only HotSync the Sony if I install the Palm Desktop for Clie', and uninstall the Palm Desktop that came with the Palm Zire 31. However, now I cannot HotSync the Zire with the Palm Desktop for Clie'. In both cases Windows tries to search for software for the new device, but none of the required files are found on either PDA's CD. Is there any way to set up Palm Desktop to HotSync both PDA's?
