I ordered a Dell Axim X51v last night, and their shipping estimates are for like a week before shipment! Is Dell normally this slow? You'd think for the leading computer retailer that they would speed things up a little bit! Has anyone else experienced this?

It isnt just them. All of the major companies arehaving prblems getting stuff from China , Sinapore, & Taiwan (same thing w/MPC and Lenovo)

That seems about right to me. Dell does not have systems laying around on the shelf waiting for some one to buy them. When you place an order with Dell, the system is built to your specs then shipped to you.
