I have a Palm Tungsten E2 and Lotus Organizer. When I installed my Palm software everything synched fine. When I installed Easysync to be able to sync between my Palm and my organizer, everything installed OK. I have to change my hotsync settings to have my Palm sync to my organizer instead of my Palm desktop software. When I go in to customize my hotsync settings, I get an error that hotsync.exe has generated errors and must be shut down. When I click on OK, it exits the hotsync config and closes hotsync. I have uninstalled & re-installed everything, but the error keeps coming up...any ideas?

Hotsync.exe is a file with the Palm Desktop software. However, in your case, it seems that it happens only while you are synching with the easysync software. Although, you have tried to uninstall and reinstall software, the easysync software may be conflicting while hotsyncing. tried to right] click on the hotsync icon in the system tray and check in the log by selecting the view log, or else copy paste the log, in your next post. BTW, Suri Pai don't use too many Palm skills.. lol
