Hello Can anyone please advise. I have to do a hard reset of my I-mate Jam PDA as when I sync it with my computer the add & remove programs window keeps popping up because previously I installed a program that was not compatible with the unit.I have since removed the offending program but the window still pops up. Vodafone advised me that the only way to get rid of the window is to do a hard reset of the pda device. Can anyone tell me if I make a full backup first to the computer does that backup all the programs I have added to the pda or does it only back up the data files? If I do a hard reset all programs will be lost. Also does the memory card in it also contain the same information as the backup I save to my computer (full backup not incremental). Hi, don't know if you received my prev msg. All you have to do is go to X-backup, follow instructions to backup on to Sd memory card, then hard reset, then restore (x-backup), always following instructions. Good luck
