Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have a Compaq Exm C667/10//8/64cn computer on which I have a USB hot sync cradled attached. No matter what I have tried I just cannot get the Visor Edge to hot sync with Outlook. I even got a different hot sync cradle and it didn't work. Other USB devices work just fine. I tried connecting it to a computer other than a Compaq and it works just fine. Any ideas why this could be happening? There is no bios update available for my particular computer model if you're thinking that might help.
