I have a IPAQ with Linux ... but I need to installa Windows CE !! I have the CD of WindowsCE and ActiveSync 3.1.
How can I do ????

I have heard of installing Linux on an Ipaq but I prefer Windows 2002 CE on mine.

Connect the Ipaq using the cradle. Install Activesync 3.5 (download the newest version) and then you install the Compaq CD it will reflash the Ipaq ROM. Then you can download and install the newest ROMpaq from Compaq for the CE.

hello,

i have tryed to upgrage the rom on my IPAQ 3870, now it's impossible to use the ipaq
and to have the conection with activesync
How can install once again the soft into the
rom.
A loft of applications are deleted into the ipaq, like active sync

Can you say mee if i can find an other soft like activesync
