e-125 wont sync

my e-125 not working with my serial cradle, it still refuses to sync with my comp. I've tried ActiveSync 3.1, 3.5, 3.6 Everytime i tried to connect it, it said my device was not detected but it said my USB is available, i have also tried using Casio CASSIOPEIA USB hotsync not the cradle but it didn't work as well
plz help!!!i really need to get this work thanx in advance!

things to try: - if you can get on with a guest profile back up your device or to a flash card. - Try a soft reset. then ... - you may actually have to uninstall the active sync - delete the hardware profile for the usb -reboot (make sure that old hardware profile is gone) - then reinstall your usb connection - then reinstall your active sync ---- if that does not work - you may be stuck with a hard reset to start over ... make sure to back up your pda ... at the very least have your PIM file backed up to resync later. ---- www.pocketpcpassion.com has great resources and links to other great sites to assist.
